Reserving a vehicle online is easy! Just choose your dates and vehicle and submit our booking form to book a car rental in Downtown Vancouver or Richmond, with a major credit card. Credit, Debit, or cash may be used to pay for the rental at the time of pick up.
Please note: if a reservation was cancelled at last minute or is considered a no-show, you will be charged $34 CAD before taxes.
Car Rental Vancouver does rent cars without a credit card, or with cash deposit in lieu of a credit card.
The local Rent a Car Vancouver offices may accept Debit Visa cards, pre-paid Visa, Mastercard, cash, or alternate forms of payment to secure the rental transaction. All renters must carry insurance for their rental vehicles, either by applying their own auto insurance coverage, or by paying an added insurance fee along with their vehicle rental – this is not included in the base rental price, as many customers prefer to use their own auto insurance. Renters who wish to use their own auto insurance must provide valid documentation of their current insurance coverage, prior to rental.
All renters and additional drivers must meet the 18 years minimum age requirement of Car Rental Vancouver.
